The apartments at Courtyards at Prairie Fields were constructed one building at a time, beginning with 104 Portsmouth. Throughout the construction process, we made a few minor adjustments to the floor plans that we felt would provide a more functional and comfortable layout for our residents.
These differences are relatively minor and are not reflected in the overall community brochure. However, the floor plans for 104 Portsmouth and 102 Portsmouth are slightly different from the standard layout, so we have provided separate brochures for these two buildings below.
